Ahead

Today just out of bed,
I am getting ahead.

Here is my slice,
I think it quite nice.

For today I am done,
With my writing fun.

Today I will be no pumpkin.
Isn’t this somethin’?

Now my plan is to be ahead,
To avoid being the waking dead.

  1. 🙂 The other day I was so excited that I wrote my slice before a meeting early in the morning… but then the meeting was starting and I couldn’t post it…. so I didn’t post it until hours later. Oh well! Glad you got your writing done this morning.
